Double click anywhere & add an idea How do stealth aircrafts work? A normal aricraft reflects of
radar beams back. A stealth aircraft's shape and design helps reflect out radar beams or absorb it. A stealth aircraft is made up of flat surfaces and sharp edges. Flat surfaces sharp edges That is the b2 bomber it has all the
neccessary ingredients of a stealth aircraftincludingthe
ability to dodge infrred beams and creates less noise
because the engines are inside. it also has all the weaponry inside so that it doesn't interfere with the stealth of the aircraft. THIS IS THE FA 22 RAPTOR THE NEWEST GENERATION
OF STEALTH AIRCRAFTS. THE PILOTS OF THESE AIRCRAFTS
NEED TO BE REALLY TRAINED. THIS AIRCRAFT HAS THE RADAR READING OF A
ANT. MOVE TO THE EAST AND
YOU WILL FIND MORE
INFORMATION. east how did it all start? BIBLIOGRAPHY

this sr-71 aircraft was the first aircraft with stealth features. the first flight of this aircraft took place on
22 december 1964. during it's whole career the aircraft took 942 flights
and had 2981 hours of flight time. now you know how it all started so lets see how it really works... the shape and design This is the F-35 lightning's landing gear door. The most important part of an aircraft for it in order to gain stealth is its shape and design. The shape that a stealth aircraft needs is usually made up of flat surfaces and sharp edge so that the least amount of radar beams are reflected back. and how a radar works is by sending out beams and calculate how long it took the beams to come back and measure the distance of an object. as you would notice all the
wings and edges have the same angle. Flat surfaces help reduce the radar beams reflected back. RADAR BEAMS THESE ARE THE F/A 22 AIRCRAFTS THE MOST MODERN STEALT
COMBAT AIRCRAFTS. THESE AIRCRAFTS ARE USED DAILY BY THE
UNITED STATES AIR FORCE. THESE ARE THE F-117 THE FIRST TASKED STEALTH AIRCRAFTS. THEY WERE MADE BY LOCKHEED MARTIN'S
SKUNK WORKS. MANY OTHER COMPANIES WERE ASSIGNED THIS TASK BUT SKUNK WORKS WASN'T AND WAS
NOT INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE CREATERS OF THE FIRST EVER STEALTH AIRCRAFT
THE SR-71 BLACKBIRD. THEN THEY CAME UP WITH A DESIGN OF THE AIRCRAFT BUT AFTER THE CHANGES WERE MADE
THE AIRCRAFT TURNED OUT TO BE MUCH LARGER. IT WAS FIRST USED IN THE MISSION JUST CAUSE DURING THE INVASION OF PANAMA.
IT WAS USED BY THE 4450TH TASCTICAL GROUP. THE SUCCESS RATE OF THE MISSION WAS REALLY AMAZING THE AIRCRAFT REALLY
LET THEM GO INTO ENEMY TERRITORY AND LET THEM DESTROY THE TARGETS REALLY EASILY WITHOUT MISSING ANY ONE OF THEM.(Locheed martin THE RADAR SIGNAL BOUNCE INSIDE THE TRIANGULAR STRUCTURES AND ARE ABSORBED INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT AND PREVENT THEM FROM REFLECTING BACK. 1989:
First use of the F-117 during the
mission Just Cause. The SR-71 was used during 1964-1969
for spying purposes. able to take on speeds upto
2000 miph the aircraft was great for spying purposes. The B-2 Spirit which is the stealth bomber is introduced in 1997. The F/A 22 Raptor is introduced in 1997 and still is in use
as one of the most important aircrafts but didn't really perform a real campaign as of known till now. The F-35 Lightening is the future of stealth aircrafts.
It is also going to be the first harrier aircraft with vertical
take off. Something to get excited about. THE STEALTH AIRCRAFT TIME LINE A LITTLE MORE EAST!!!
