Partner with stakeholders to understand diversity strategy and the role that staffing plays in execution.
Ensure informed, and integrated executive staffing and processes across the enterprise, keeping all HR and staffing leads engaged with and apprised of VP and above staffing activity
Talent Acquisition Manager
Build the Enterprise's capability for international work
Strong strategic thinking skills and experience building strategic plans
Knows how to develop organizational capability and capacity
Leading cross-organization initiatives
Successful track record leading complex, multi-functional projects
Solid, proven track record of delivering results
Has led large-scale change management initiatives
(with multiple work streams) leadership experience and success
Knows how the business works; knows current and possible future practices, trends, technology, and information affecting his/her business and organization; knows the competition; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace
Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communications settings and styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect
Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, bosses and executives; commands attention and can mange group process during the presentation; can change tactics midstream when something isn’t working
