Types of Shoes
Cave drawings from more than 15,000 years ago show humans with animal skins or furs wrapped around their feet nearly 5,000 years old. Shoes have been around for a very long time.Sandals were the most common footwear. In the 1850 most shoes were made on absolutely straight lasts, there being no difference between the right and the left shoe.
