He was composer, organist, harpsichordist,
violist, and violinist of the Baroque period.
He belonged to the one of the most prominent
musical families of all time.
He had twenty children and five of them were dedicated to the music.

In total he did around 1130 works.
Some of his most important works are:
-Tocata y Fuga in R minor (organ).
-Preludio in G major (cello).

He was one of the most prominent
figures of the Baroque period.
He enriched the german style with his adaptation of rhythms, control of harmonies, and contrapuntal
technique.
He is considered the "master" of this period.

He was an Italian Baroque composer,
catholic priest, and virtuous violinist.
Recognized as one of the greatest Baroque composers,
Vivaldi is known mainly for composing instrumental
concerto, especially for the violin, as well as sacred
choral works and over forty operas. His best known
work is a series of violin concertos known as
"The Four Seasons".

FAMOUS WORKS:
Vivaldi wrote more than 500 other
concertos. About 350 of these are for
soloist instrument and strings, of which 230 are for
violin. As well as about 46 operas, Vivaldi composed
a large body of sacred choral music.
