MARKETS ACCORDING TO IMPORTANCE
MARKETS A:

Championship, League One, U23 + U18 English market + Scotland

Markets B:
U21-U19-U17 National teams + Croatia 1 + Switzerland + Austria 1 + Poland

MARKETS A:
Every scout would watch around 80 games every month in his market (2-3 games every day + reports) using WYSCOUT & INSTATSCOUT and as much live football as possible. **No car** - We don´t travel to watch just one match - Start 11 every month until december

MARKETS B:
We will scout youth championships and watch around 20 games every month of the secondary leagues. One start 11 until december

MARKETS C:
We will attend to agents recommendations and/or statistically interesting players

The market (Leagues) will have players with right level for QPR and economically & sportingly interesting.
Every scout has his own market and gets all the information about it. (News, injuries, statistics...etc)
Around 200 players inside our possiblities
(40 of every market aprox)
150 players to follow aprox.
We make a list of signing priority of 55 players (5 per position) having performance and personal reports.
Be recognized in the football world by your style of playing and working.
Know exactly what skills you want in every position in tune with your head coach.
BELIEVE in your way of working when bad times come and PATIENCE!!!!
Have a really strong knowledge of your market
Be the first to find opportunities in your market
High probabilities to find players with value before others and get benefit in the future
Find exactly the performance/skills you want to have for your club
