DESIGN TO PRODUCTION
Our CAD design integrates with our Cam system with feature recognition. This allows UTD to design dies where the CAM system recognizes features and programs machines automatically. This feature speeds time for manufacturing and minimizes human error. With pre-stage tooling, we go from design to finish component with fewer steps. This system comes equipped with state-or-the-art solids and 3D machining and programming with minimum hand finish work.
