WHY INVEST IN
WHAT IS FAST TRACK FUNDING?
Designed to offer schools, academies and local authorities an alternative to the over subscribed grant funded route.
Fully flexible funding solution that enables you to generate income so the site can pay for itself.
Can be used by sports clubs & private customers subject to checks beginning with review of 3 years audited accounts.
Funding is achievable because the majority of sports facilities are able to generate revenue through community use. It also allows the academy or school to budget over the 5-7 year period of the lease.
Notts Sport work closely with you to design a bespoke sports facility that’s specific to your vision and strategy.
Both new build and refurbishment projects can be installed straight away.

ANY QUESTIONS?
WHAT IS
FAST TRACK
FUNDING?
FACILITIES?
HOW MUCH REVENUE?
Various surfaces can generate different incomes.
It is critical to establish demand in the area before choosing a surface or design
Non-traditional sports, kids clubs and summer camps can generate revenue during holiday periods.
Rental prices vary depending on UK location: metropolitan and urban areas can charge as much as £130 per hour for a full size AGP.
A typical site can be expected to generate £30-£40 per hour from smaller, cross field pitch lettings
WHY INVEST IN SPORTS FACILITIES?
Engage with community groups and local sports teams
Improve provision for staff, students and partners.
Raises overall site/client profile and appeal to players, coaches, fans & administrators
Synthetic Grass pitches are shown to require just 10% of the cost of maintaining a high quality natural turf equivalent.
All year round access to sport allows greater & stronger links with local community
Protects natural turf estate.
An artificial sports facility is a great way of generating income.
