There are no school policies that cover bullying off-campus.
Therefore students shouldn't be investigated while trying to earn their education Activities off-campus shouldn't be punished at school.

No matter how distasteful it is, cyberbullying that occurs outside of school is a private matter to be dealt with by parents and, when necessary, law enforcement.
Should schools regulate Khadijah & Kaylyn Cyberbullying Do you believe schools should be able to punish students for actions outside of school walls. We stand in opposition. If it doesn't happen at school, it is a personal matter and is off limits to school officials. Schools should educate
