over 200 What happened to him? He was found after leaving Chicago and ratted out by a fellow inmate when he had been arrested for a scam.

He was hung on May 7th, 1896 A QUICK OVER VIEW H.H. Holmes Famous for? He was considered America's first serial killer...

He created a whole house dedicated to luring in and killing his victims...

He, so far, is the first man to kill that many people by himself in that short amount of time. Quotes? "I was born with the devil in me. I could not help that I was a murderer, no more than the poet can help the inspiration to sing-- I was born with the Evil One standing as my sponsor beside the bed where I was ushered into the world, and he has been with me since..." What time period? Around 1887-1896 The "Murder Castle" Something amazing... H.H. Holmes was an extremely smart man. He graduated high school at only 16, and went straight to college to become a medical student. He could have lived a normal life, making a lot of money the right way. So what made him flip?
