Base Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000
Previous experience selling process valves and/or instrumentation
Someone selling to the oil & gas market is ideal
This person can come from a distributor sales or manufacturer sales background
Highly motivated individual with an aggressive sales approach
Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy
Comfortable working in small company environment
Strong engineering or technical background
Computer savvy individual who can use software to understand and analyze sales and customer data
The ability to get quick decisions for customers and growth initiatives
This individual will have the opportunity to create their own destiny
Results focused and goal oriented organization
This is a highly autonomous role in which someone will have the ability to run this territory like it is their own business
This company manufactures high quality products that have features that can be used to differentiate in the market place
