What is a pregnancy?
Pregnancy is the period of time between conception and birth.
Is the interval of time beginning when an egg and sperm unite and ending when a baby is born. A full-term pregnancy lasts 9 months (38 to 40 weeks).

Gestation
The term gestation refers to the physiological processes of growth and development of the fetus inside the womb The gestation refers to fetus and pregnancy to the process in the woman.
