He is one of the few Australian's to have his own model of behaviour.
During the 1990's and 2000's he researched classroom management, teacher stress and colleague support.
Positive Behaviour Leadership Model
It is based around the social reality of shared social rights and responsibilities
Students, teachers, parents and the school community are all involved in committing to these rights and responsibilities
