Why we need to be happy ?

As weird as it may sound, the ability to appreciate things in your life has actually nothing to do with what you actually do have. It’s about how you measure the good things in your life at any time. Life is going to have its highs and lows but think about the little things, like that good friend who's always here for you things that brings you happiness. Then, your life will seem a bit sweeter and happier

is Happiness ?
Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.
1-Finding reasons to be happy can benefit your life:
2-Being Happy can Lead to SUCCESS
One study shows that being positive leads to increased :
-productivity,
-long-lasting marriages,
-a greater sense of well-being
-just being more positive can help you increase concentration and perform better on tests.
4-Your Happiness Affects Others:

Want to live a longer life? Then be happy! Over 160 studies show that there is a correlation between positivity and longevity. It isn’t a shocker that anxiety, depression, pessimism, and anger lead to an increased amount of stress hormones that are detrimental to your health
5-Treat your body like it deserves to be happy:
6-Stay close to friends and family or move to where they are

9- Simplicity

Why spend our one life on pessimism? . we just need to recognize the small little things in our lifes that makes us happy . It is our choice to live a happy life so MAKE IT.
No matter what happens, good or bad, the effect on our happiness is temporary. Some people have a higher baseline happiness level than others, and it's largely influenced by how you think.
It may sound weird to say, but your brain isn't the only organ in your body that deserves to be happy. Researchers have found that exercise, healthy diets, and regular sleep are key factors in growing more happy and staying that way.

Keep smiling and be happy

smile all the time if you can! Smiling is like a feedback loop: smiling reinforces happiness, just as happiness causes smiling. People who smile during painful procedures reported less pain than those who kept their facial features neutral.
1-being close to GOD
The Qur’ân uses the concept of
“the openness of the heart”
to express happiness. Allah says:
“Those whom Allah wills to guide, He opens their breast to Islam; those whom He wills to leave straying, He makes their breast close and constricted, as if they had to climb up to the skies: thus does Allah (heap) the penalty on those who refuse to believe.”

[Sûrah al-An`âm: 125]
Also The concept of happiness in Islam is expressed in the Qur’ân and Sunnah in a number of different ways. We find the Qur’ân discussing the
“good life”
. Allah says:
“Whosoever does right, whether male or female, and is a believer, we shall make them live a good life, and We shall pay them a recompense in proportion to the best of what they used to do.”

[Sûrah al-Nahl: 97]
Happiness
Forgiveness is not a simple act, but a necessary one in order to move forward and live a happy life.
