I visited there in early January. Feelings Judging Achievement Let's Achieve Together! Power I value power when it is a shared experience. I want to get to know you! What can I learn from your unique experiences? Getting to know others helps me appreciate each person's unique perspective. By trusting my intuition I can: See the good in You! I trust my feelings by not fearing the need to ask for help. As a collaborative partner, I will strive to accept feedback graciously, realizing I can always improve my work. I will work hard to: Create, establish and maintain an
equal working partnership based on trust. Here I am on the far right at a group walk to the LDS Temple in San Antonio. Here I am (left) with my friend Abby at the "Color Me Rad" race in Austin, Texas on my birthday this past December. It was my first 5K! Above photo: Downers Grove Public Library in Downers

setting shared goals and achieving them! Achievement is more meaningful for me when it is founded on a team effort. My Philosophy of Collaboration I believe collaboration will occur when I as a partner seek to know, understand and learn from and with you. What can we learn and create together? "Someone who cannot acknowledge himself to be as mortal as everyone else still has a long way to go before he can reach the point of encounter. At the point of encounter there are neither utter ignoramuses nor perfect sages; there are only people who are attempting, together, to learn more than they now know."-Paulo Freire, Pedagogy of the Oppressed As a collaborative partner I will: Use my good judgment to determine what is
most important (essential) to a project and what is not. Let's form a powerhouse partnership based on
mutual trust, setting and achieving goals!
