For every new Prezi Education license purchased by a licensed US teacher [or licensed European Union teacher], Prezi will give a teacher located in a developing nation a free single year Prezi license. No further action is required on the part of the licensed US teacher [or licensed European Union teacher] after purchasing and maintaining their license for the period purchased. It is within Prezi’s discretion to whom to assign the free licenses with provision that such licenses will be assigned to those working in a professional capacity as a teacher and located in a developing nation. Should the licensed US teacher [or licensed European Union teacher] cancel their license, Prezi will not be obligated to grant or maintain the corresponding free license.
