Fats
Definition: A natural oily or greasy substance occurring in animal bodies, especially when deposited as a layer under the skin or around certain organs.
Proteins
Definition: any of a class of nitrogenous organic compounds that consist of large molecules composed of one or more long chains of amino acids and are an essential part of all living organisms, especially as structural components of body tissues such as muscle, hair, collagen, etc., and as enzymes and antibodies.

Definition: any of a large group of organic compounds occurring in foods and living tissues and including sugars, starch, and cellulose. They contain hydrogen and oxygen in the same ratio as water (2:1) and typically can be broken down to release energy in the animal body.
Water
Definition- a colorless, transparent, odorless, tasteless liquid that forms the seas, lakes, rivers, and rain and is the basis of the fluids of living organisms.
You may get fats if you eat to much things that have grease.
Also when you never do exercise and eat lots of junk food.
Some types of proteins are (meat, legumes and poultry) are some types of proteins.
Definition- a complex organic substance present in living cells, especially DNA or RNA, whose molecules consist of many nucleotides linked in a long chain.
Nuclei acids are made up of 5 pieces monomers including:Guanine,Cytosine,Thymine,Cytosine
People drink water to be healthy and so they won't get diabetes or so they can swallow a pill. These are some good reasons why people drink water.
