In 1854, Christopher Ter-Serobyan created the green color of the US dollar.
Alek Manookyan created the hot and cold tap water.
He was also Armenian.
Emik Avagyan created the first hand controlled wheelchair. He was awarded in 1961 by John Kennedy.
Luther Simijyan is the creator of both: coin and paper ATM-s. And he is also Armenian-American.
