Scheduling an Optional Academic Advising Appointment
Begin by logging into the Intranet with your CNetID user name and password (or by following the link you received in the email).
https://reserve.chicagobooth.edu/mrm8/
Click on the "Reserve Study Room" icon
Click on "Harper Center" (regardless of whether you will be meeting at the Harper Center on 9/7 or the Gleacher Center on 9/8 - 9/11)
Click on Advising Appt (HC122)
Select the date (9/7 - 9/11). Then Click on an open time slot.
Select a 20 minute time slot (X:00-X:20 or X:20-X:40 or X:40-X:00). Select an advisor. Enter your name. Click Save and Close.
After you've saved your appointment, you will be able to see your appointment on the calendar
The following appointments will be administratively canceled:
An appointment for less than 20 minutes
An appointment not scheduled at X:00, X:20, or X:40 (You'll note this appointment is scheduled from 4:10-4:30)
The same student with back to back or repeat appointments.
*The first time you log in, you will see a User Details page, click on OK twice.
