Expanded our new assessment technology – the Who Method for Hiring – across all businesses

Developed standardized incentive and performance management tools

Maintained a grass roots approach to social media– managed financial investment very aggressively to divert HR funds towards investment in training and retention

Initiated team-driven engagement and campaign leadership to create employee led content

Used social media to generate awareness and attendance at traditional recruiting events

Broadened Hack Week competition to include all departments company wide and doubled prize winnings

Continued our commitment to global mobility
