We Started our semester full of energy and promised ourselves to do the best we have to make an amazing graduation project... so we started our journey...

We spent a month trying to make the impossible come ture, but!!
We started working hardly again,learning Java,preparing the right platform to develop Android App
it didn't work!!!
but! we realized we don't have enough time to make something from the scratch! so we moved to build on a start up code..

Brief Interview about GRAS project .
Goals & Objectives.
Clarify the GRAS idea in details .
The Proposed project developed to allow humans to interact naturally without any mechanical device through pointing fingers on the projected screen and then the cursors move accordingly, where we used four fingers and simulate four cursors .
Methodology we used
We used SDLC Methodology to develop our project ,this methodology form the framework for planning and controlling the creation of GRAS development life cycle .

GRAS is..
A wearable gestural interface that arguments the physical world around us with digital information and lets us use natural hand gestures to interact with that information.
Goals & Objectives
Keeping Phone users continually connected to the digital world .
Eliminate link between our digital devices and our interactions with the physical world.
Bringing intangible, digital information out into the tangible world, and interact with this information via natural hand gestures.
Enhances the ability and effectiveness of people to perform their jobs and make it more fixable .
Reduce the devices needed to run our application, programs, education as pc’s and data show through replacing it with any available flat surface in our environments.
Why GRAS ?
GRAS allows humans to interact naturally without any mechanical device.
GRAS uses pointing fingers on the projected screen and then the cursors move accordingly
We use four fingers and simulate four cursors for each on

Mobile Computing ( Laptop as an alternative ).
Mirror ( reflect the surface)

Barcode Scanning
Is an application to manipulate architecture models in a CAD, like environment , by import the “object” to move it by our fingers in any surface through gesture fingers movements
Thermal Images
Is an Application to capturing & manipulating thermal images at hospitals in a portable manner.
Barcode Scanning
Is a readable application that represent the data of product, each character represent by a pattern narrow or wide bar.

For Implementation purposes we used the following softwares :
Microsoft Visual Studio ( .Net 2010 )
Direct X SDK
C++/C# as a programming Language

Our Vision...
Apply Gesture recognition idea in another Apps .
Another one , allows Lovers of playing the piano to practice their hobby, wherever they are.
One of these Apps is to help deaf people to communicate with talky ones.
Develop GRAS with Other OS such as Android and Mac OS .
Development of a mobile phone holds multiple applications and collected in a single device which facilitates people's lives and makes them more flexible and fast, without the need for several devices to do that, all that is needed is only a mobile computing Device  and 4 Markers in our 4 Fingers .
