Facilitate and create conditions for Trainers professional development
MENTORS
- Introduce the mentoring method in their professional practice
- Analyze the benefits and applicability of mentoring in INOVINTER’s context
- Identify aspects of personal learning from the mentoring process
- Using the Moodle as online learning management system
MENTEES
- Reflect and identify areas for professional development and enhancement of their competences
- Plan and adjust their practice to INOVINTER’s context
