• Establishing emergency procedures
• Dealing with substances, such as chemicals safely
• Maintaining safe and healthy workplaces with the necessary facilities

Use correct hand washing procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment to reduce cross - infection
Security
Make sure establishment is secure and that all visitors are checked
Lone working
Make sure your colleagues know where you are or where you are going
Safeguarding
Report any issues of abuse immediately to your line manager and make sure the person is safe
Accident reporting
Complete accident forms as soon as possible fully and give to manager
COSHH
Ensure that all chemicals are stored correctly and follow instructions
Risk assessment
Identify Hazards and look at ways of reducing the risks
Work activities that should only be carried out after special training.
