Lean meats, fish, eggs, etc.
Try to stick to Grass-Fed

Fats in moderation - Nuts, natural oils (olive, coconut, etc).

Dairy
Well... it depends...
Some say.. NO MORE DAIRY!!
Others say whole milk, grass-fed butter, at least choose the LEAST processed dairy products

Fruits and Vegetables
Vegetables - Any vegetable
Fruit - berries, try to stay away from the sugary fruit
Paleo Diet
NO GRAINS ALLOWED!!!!!!!!!

Any poultry, meat, seafood, beans, peas, eggs, nuts, and seeds
MyPlate Diet
Any liquid milk products and foods made from milk - milk, pudding, frozen yogurt, cheese, etc.
Should be fat-free or low-fat

Any fresh fruit or 100% fruit juice - apples, kiwi, grapefruit, mango, etc.
MyPlate Diet
2 Subgroups of grains:

Whole grains - oatmeal, bulgur, brown rice

Refined Grains - white flour, white rice, white bread
