Oregonians will vote for governor during the next general election
The election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014
Governor may not win re-election

What?
Why
One of the biggest changes he wanted to make was getting health care to people in Oregon. But the work was a disaster. The website called Cover Oregon never worked and the project spent $250 million and failed.
Governor Kitzhaber is getting a lot of blame for the problems
In the article, he didn't agree with all the focus on Cover Oregon when a lot of good things have happened while he was governor.
He said: "I just don't sign up for the program that everything stoped because of Cover Oregon."

He is running for a 4th term as governor
People thought his reelection was going to be easy because:
He is popular
He made a lot of good laws
He got people to work together
