Players wanting to enter the NBA Draft must wait at least a year after finishing high school before they can enter their name
This results in an influx of college freshman basketball stars who wouldn't otherwise be there
It also creates a vast minority of upperclassmen which results a lack of consistency in the college game as well as low graduation rates of student athletes The Solution:
Give players the option to go pro right out of high school
BUT... If a player chooses to forego the NBA for college, they must wait 3 years to enter the draft If you want to go pro, you can always go back to school!
