Make an appointment with your advisor to build an Education/Transfer Plan!
A student who wants to continue his/her education at a four-year college or university and has 24-30+ credit hours.
What are the benefits of being a transfer student?
Save money.
Less competition for admission and scholarships.
Take advantage of scholarship opportunities.
May not need to provide ACT/SAT scores or high school transcripts.
Junior status granted at many public institutions if AA/AS completed.
Earn the "same" degree!

Are generally exempted from English proficiency guidelines (TOEFL or IELTS exams) if they complete two years of study (an associate’s degree) here in the United States.
Should research too! The studyillinois.org website has a functionality that helps international students see if they can transfer to a specific school.
Will need to complete any immigration paperwork in order to attend and completely transfer to their new school.
