May 30,2013 Madea Brought up in poverty and with her immediate family Case History Her mother was a prostitute during Madea's childhood and wasn't at all religious. (tendency of misquoting the Bible) She has a lifelong criminal record that begins since the age of 9 Case History She become pregnant during her sophomore year Madea has buried 9 husbands She is known for her short tempers She supported her children by stripping, pole dancing, and professional wrestling, among other things Diagnosis Reference Madea (Mabel_Simmons). They often show no guilt. People who suffer from antisocial personality can be consider psychopaths. She murder all 9 of her husbands and doesn't hesitate to brag about it. She damages property of others without a care of the aftermath. As shown in this video... She has an issue of not seeing how her actions affects others. A disorder in where a person suspect or distrusts others. Individuals with this disorder are very sensitive and argumentative. As the picture shows she is willing to fight anyone, regardless of their size. She carries a handgun in her pursue. A personality disorder in where people act in a very emotional and dramatic way that draws attention to themselves. She is very loud and outspoken. She overreacts when experiencing simply emotions Paranoid Personality Antisocial Personality It can happen because of early childhood events that can be responsible for this disorder. Histrionic Personality Paranoid Personality Antisocial Personality SHE NEEDS TO WANT THE HELP BECAUSE IT WONT WORK IF SHE DOESN'T If she is experiencing depression or anxiety medicine can help her from feeling this way. I would also add she undergo behavior therapy using the exposure therapy. The disorder is more common in families with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and delusional disorder. It is also suggested that our environment can also have its affect in obtaining this disorder. It can be hard to get help for someone who is suffering from paranoid personality disorder because the patient can be very suspicious of the doctors. And anxiety can happen but giving them medication for the anxiety can help the patient become more willing to talk. This disorder is unclear but a person's home environment can contribute to the development of this condition such as an antisocial or alcoholic parent and any traumatic experience during a person's childhood can be linked to the development of antisocial personality. Behavioral treatments that rewards appropriate behavior and punishes negative behavior with consequences.Or talk therapy can also be effective. Rank, J Paranoid personality disorder.
