Red Velvet Bakery
Investment Plan
Red Velvet Bakery
Our History
In 1964, Jose and Linda Sanchez had a daughter named Rosa. They owned a small bakery in a small town in West Texas. Their most famous recipe was their Red Velvet Cake. When Rosa became old enough, the business was passed down to her. She later married Robert Dominguez and became pregnant with Maria. On Maria’s 25th birthday, the business was then passed down to her. Maria married Steven Gonzales and became pregnant with her first daughter Ashley. A year later, she became pregnant with Nohely. A couple of months after, Maria adopted Lucy. Maria and her family spent most of their time at the bakery. They all created many memories of their childhood in the bakery. It had become a family tradition. The bakery has symbolized love and happiness. Great Grandma Linda’s goal of the bakery was to not only give her customer’s quality food but have them leaving with a smile. She always used to say “the secret ingredient to any recipe is love.” Anyone who has tasted her treats was always intrigued by the taste.
We hold the same values as our Great Grandma Linda. We appreciate our customers and cherish each memory created in our bakery. We hope to leave behind a legacy and make our family proud.
Our Mission Statement is; “As a company we devote our time to making quality products that are not only unique, but also timeless favorites.”
