£18 for a single choice
£24 for multiple courses

Unconditional
Offer
You have already met the grade requirements
As long as you complete any stated examinations you have a place
Conditional
Offer
If you meet the conditions, you have a place.
This normally means that you have to meet certain grade/points requirements
Your application for that course has been unsuccessful and unfortunately you haven't been offered a place
Unsuccessful
8. UCAS Track: Reply
Firm:
Your first choice of course. If you meet the grade requirements, you will attend this course.

10 Steps to Applying
Insurance:
Your second or back-up choice. If you fail to meet the grade requirements for your firm choice, but meet the requirements for your insurance, you can attend your insurance course.

Plan
If you are unsuccessful in all of your applications, you can make single applications to other courses through UCAS Extra.

Clearing
Available for those who do not hold a university place following the publication of exam results in August.

Becomes active on the day of A-level results to help students find suitable vacant university places.

Tips for Clearing
Have a pen and paper to hand
Be open to suggestions
Have your UCAS ID number ready
Avoid being on holiday on results day
You snooze, you lose!
Places go fast so make sure you call as early as possible

Adjustment
If you exceed conditions for your firm choice, you can go through adjustment to look for an alternative course.

This is completely optional- if you're eligible you can sign up via UCAS Track on results day
Your original firm choice will be safe while you're looking for another – you'll only lose it if you confirm you'd like to go elsewhere
