Check in with those around you. Does it look like they are interested?

Open your friend file and talk about something you remember

Makes people be silly or use humor when its not the right time. Makes people say the same jokes over and over until people get annoyed
Strategies to defeat:
Self talk, "Is this a silly or serious moment? Keep jokes for silly moments
