4 Simple Steps to self massage and save money:
SHOULDERS UP, BACK, DOWN
USE LOTION OR OIL TO AID RELAXATION
Use scents like lavender,rose,chamomile, peppermint, clove or cinnamon.
Do long stroking motions
Same massage you do to one side of your body to the opposite side.
Having healthy eating habits is another way to tune in your body.

You can also listen to any other music that is soothing for you not only nature sounds or symphonies.
You can sing to blow off steam! Or even play an instrument to let your inner self be free.

Time management; be in time to your destination.

On a gratitude journal a "to do list",notepad, or agenda write all the good things in life to remind you of what really matters.
Before bed write at least 5 good things about yourself and life and read them first thing in the morning.
Treat your self when accomplishing new tasks, goals, new hobbies or any positive achievement.
