Niku-jaga?
"Japanese-style panccake"
for snack and dinner.
Also, it comes well

But, today
we're gonna make ..

Main Items:
"Okonomi">> your favorite
Ingredients
Japanese Cabbage
Yamaimo (Chinese yam)
Dried sakura Shrimp
Okonomiyaki flower
Deep Fried Tempura Batter
Eggs
Water and milk
Base (Mixture)
Ao-Nori
(Green Seaweed Flakes)
Okonomi-yaki brown sauce
Japanese
Mayonnaise
Katsuobushi
(Dried bonito frake)
How to cook ?
Step 1:Preparation
Step 2:Set hotplate
Step 3: Grill pancake
Step 4:Turn over
Step5:Final topping
Mix batter & ingredients
mix air !
separate the pork
Preheat the plate nice and hot !
Grease the oil
Put the mixture on the plate !
Arrange the round shape
Step 3'
Put the meat on the pancake
Turn over when pancake turn brown
turn 2-3 times
with 3 min interval
Top green seaweed powder and dry bonito frakes
Put okonomi-yaki sause
Paint mayonaise
When the pancake
gets nicely hard
Step6:Cutting
Cut using metal spatura
Okonomi-yaki brown sauce

Thick: 2 cm
after 3-4 min..
when the pancake turns nice and brown
