Jerry The seperate gangs live on "different sides of the tracks" in Tulsa, Oklahoma and can count on getting caught up in a conflict with each other almost every day. One night Johnny and Pony Boy, two young greasers, got in some trouble... and may have taken it a little too far. The Outsiders is a rollercoaster read, packed with tragedy and emotion. During the book the boys try to mend their mistake, and change most peoples' opinions of the Greasers.
