Oversimplified system where people grouping races or individuals together and make a judgment about their status, society and cultural norms.

A fixed impression which is not always based on facts but it is maintained by people who are not willing to look more closely into it.

Why do we stereotype?

decreased productivity, dissatisfied customers and reduced revenues
