Died: December 15, 1966, Los Angeles, California Walt Disney Known for being an American motion-picture producer, as well as a television producer and showman.
He was also known as the pioneer of animated cartoons. Walt Disney has had an amazing career...
He stared off in Kansas City, Missouri with the Film Ad company in 1920.
In 1922 he worked with his friend Ub Lwerks, that established Laugh-O-Gram. He was also a animator. They produced cartoons based on fables and fairy tales.
In 1923 Walt produced a short film called Alice in Cartoon Land.
After this he filed bankruptcy and moved to Hollywood.
In 1927 he created his first fully animated series of films. His first character was "Oswald" the Lucky Rabbit.
Walt altered "Oswald" and created the Famous Micky Mouse. Walt's Career Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs(1937)

The novelty of sound was the third Micky Production, Steam Boat Willy.
In the 1930's Disney renamed the his career the Walt Disney Productions.
He produced many cartoons with Micky Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto and Goofy. This is when all of the original characters of Disney came into play. Walt Disney Resort in Orlando, FL Today Disney Movies are still created with a lot of imagination. I think that Walt Disney would be proud of the hard work of the people that kept his legend going, like they planned when he passed. By looking at his work during his time and the movies made today , you can tell that there has been a drastic change in animation!
