(Background) What does the people want of us? In order to know what are the preferences of our costumers, we decided to make a survey and these are some of our results. Target Market Geographic MISSION Provide high school students from Tec de Monterrey Campus Estado de Mexico all stationery materials they need for their classes and school subjects, quickly and effectively with no need for long lines and quality service; and the same time improving the scholar environment with our service. Unique Value Preposition We' re unique. We know deeply the market because we're part of it. STRENGTHS F -One of the most important of our strengths and that makes us different is that we are unique, no fixed stationery "Prepa Tec".
-We know deeply the market, because we are part of it, we are involved as a public; we are part of it and part of the vendors. We know the needs of the public for that, on that basis, we sell what is needed.
-Fast Service. As it is a mobile service, we offer a service free of large rowls that can make people spend much of their time waiting to be served and getting their product.
-The weight of the car is one of our weaknesses. It could be difficult for us to move from one place to another, this may affect the speed of the service.
-Owner’s time availability. It’s important for us to consider that not everybody could attend to take over the service because of every team member’s schedule and tasks.
-The run out of supplies. It’s better if it’s all over, but in this case the better our service is, the “loss” of product more will be and we could not satisfy our customers’ needs. Opportunities -The service comes to you. As it is a mobile service, there’s no need for our customers to look for us.-The teens are very lazy to go to the stationery of “Profesional”. We considered the lazyness of moving from a place to another one that can be far from where they are. Or just because they don’t have enough time to come and go easily. That’s why we take advantage of that.-You don’t have to make a row to obtain your products Threats -Stationery in the cafeteria of “Prepa”. There’s stationery that is our competition. However it is small, it has what most people require often.-Stationery in “Profesional”. There’s a stationery in “Profesional” as a competition for us. However it is far from “Prepa”, there are people who have the desire and the time to go despite it is far away or not.-Permission. There’s a possibility of having trouble with the permission.
