Transcript of Journey to Success

January 27th, 1992
I was conceived unto this World on the 27th of January in the year 1992, in a city by the name of Mission, Texas.
Education
My education began in 1996 when I began attending Flores Elementary for La Joya Independent School District.
14 years later I graduated from La Joya High School, June 2010
I attended South Texas College and received my Associates Degree in Computer & Information Systems, June 2013
I then transferred to The University of Texas Pan-American, August 2013, and have been here since pursuing a bachelor degree in CIS.

Associations & Extracurricular
While at The University of Texas Pan-American, I took the as many opportunities provided and joined several organizations including:

Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP)
Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA)
Collegiate Entrepreneur Organization (CEO)
Trading & Business Competitions
Accomplishments
While trading commodities on a world wide competition hosted by The Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group, I was able to place top 10% in the World.
My team and I also got second place on a research competition hosted by UTPA COBA
I was able and strong enough to turn my life in the right direction, for I was heading down the wrong path.

After receiving my associates degree, I began tutoring students struggling with programming courses. So I was self-employed for a while.
Currently got accepted as an intern at Xerox Corporation as a Business System Analyst. So I will be in Rochester, New York for the following 10 weeks.
