What is Learning?
When you can demonstrate you know something you didn't know before (like
knowledge or insight ) and/or you can do something you couldn't do before
(eg. skill)
Two broad types of learning:
Learning in order to do something
Learning as a result of doing something

Some assumptions about Learning:
We only learn from our mistakes
The older you are the less you have to learn
It just happens as a result of doing something
We all learn the same way
Approximately 75% of our learning is experiential
Some problems with Learning from Experience:
Often too busy to learn
Not sure what we have learned or how we learned
What was the most important thing you learned yesterday?
What will you do differently as a result?
