GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals.
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
SOCIAL NETWORKING & JOB BOARDS
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche.
$80,000 - $110,000 (found a couple making $115,000 - $125,000 base)
20% - 30% - Based on hitting targets & goals
Company Car/Car Allowance
Car or Car Allowance - Negotiable based on the situation
Must be an engineer-minded person that can sell solutions - Understands how to make a sale by identifying and solving problems
Experienced sales professional with at least 5 years in the field
Comfortable with long sales cycle of large scale systems
Must have experience with dust collection and air pollution control systems
Ideally has exposure to Metals, Mining or rock industries
Well established global company who's only business is pollution controls - world class in this niche
High potential for advancement opportunities within the organization - up and coming leaders much needed
The company is growing both organically and through acquisition

Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount
