Adductor compartment: Adductor pollicis
Hypothenar compartment: Abductor digiti minimi brevis, flexor digitimini brevis & opponens digiti minimi
Central compartment: Lumbricals & long flexor tendons
Interosseous Compartments between the metacarpals Carpometacarpal &
metacarpophalangeal joints Innervation Thenar muscles: Recurrent branch of median nerve excpet deep belly of flexor pollicis brevis & adductor pollicis
Hypothenar: Deep branch of ulnar nerve
Short muscles: Lumbricals: 1st & 2nd by Median nerve, 3rd & 4th by deep branch of ulnar nerve
Interossei: Deep branch of ulnar nerve
Blood supply Ulnar Artery
Radial Artery Ulnar Artery Superficial palmar arch
3 Common palmar digtal arteries Deep palmar arch Palmar metacarpal arteries Each divides into two proper palmar digital arteries Radial Artery Deep palmar arch Cutaneous Innervation Carpal Tunnel Dupuytren's contracture
