Four simulation scenarios have been prototyped.
Scenario 1: Single cell/Multiusers with mobility.
Scenario 2: Multicell/Multiusers with mobility.
Scenario 3: Multicell with mobility VOIP/video
stream networks.
Scenario 4: Multicell with mobility ( 30km/h). SIMULATION DESIGN GENERAL PARAMETERS Thank you  For all scenarios the parameters are :

Delay : EXP-PF and MLWDF are better than PF.

Throughput : all algorithms give the same result.

Packet loss : PF and MLWDF are better than EXP-PF. Discussions

Methadology The concepts of the VoIP over LTE are explained. qualitative and quantitative analysis of E2E delay performance over LTE networks have been done in a simple and understandable fashion to evaluate the problem factors and solve it by suitable technologies. Proposed Solution In LTE network, VOIP faced a lot of challenges. The most common of them is delay, there is some factors effect in packet delivery such as voice prioritization, physical distance, the number of router hops, encryption etc. So technical issues and factors for the implementation VOIP in LTE network have been considered.

It is a technology allows voice conversation to be carried over the internet.
