There are four basic kind of tissues
Epithelial Tissue
Connective Tissue
Muscle Tissue
Nervous Tissues

Nervous Tissue
is the main component of the two parts of the nervous system; the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system.
The function of nervous tissue is to form the communication network of the nervous system by conducting electric signals across tissue
Muscle Tissue
Muscle tissue differs from other tissue types in that it contracts. Muscle tissue comes in three types: cardiac, smooth, and skeletal. Those muscle tissues are made up of muscle fibers. The muscle fibers contain many myofibrils, which are the parts of the fiber that actually contract. There are three kinds of muscle tissues:
Skeletal muscle is attached to bones and causes movements of the body.
Muscular tissue
Epithelial, Connective, Muscular, Nervous Tissues
Epithelial tissue covers the whole surface of the body. It is made up of cells closely packed and ranged in one or more layers. The out side of you skin id composed of stratified squamous
One of the main classes of connective tissue is the bone tissue. it contains a calcified hard, matrix containing many collagen fibers and osteocytes that lie in lacunae. It is also very well vascularized and innervated.
This is skeletal tissue it produces movement, maintains posture, stabilizes joints and generates heat.
Epithelial tissue
epithelial tissue is the largest tissue out of all the four and therefore it is best found on the outside of your body. " Your Skin" is epithelial and it protects everything inside your body.
Nerve tissue can be found everywhere in your body.Nerves transmit signals to and from the brain. When you move, it's your brain telling your muscles to contract which is a message carried by nerves. When you smell something, it's nerves inside your nose that respond to different chemicals and send signals to your brain
Nervous Tissue
Connective tissue
connective tissue is found in ligaments, tendons, cartilage, and bone. They are mainly found in these parts of the body because they connect bone and muscle, bone to bone and etc.

Similarities
These tissues have something in common because the epithelial tissue protects us skin lining epithelium covers or lines almost all of your internal and external body surfaces; the connective tissue provides structure for our body: bones tissue holds body parts together, muscle tissue: skeletal muscle is attached to bones and causes movements of the body and nervous tissue: is responsible for coordinating the activities and movements of your body through its network of nerves
