Transcript of Persuasive Speech
"its the deed not the breed!" "ban stupid people, not pit bulls." "pit bulls shouldn't have to pay for stupidity and fear." Today I'm going to talk to about Pit Bulls and why I believe that it's the people who make them mean and that its not the breed. My sweet heart <3 Chains and Weights - Heavy chains are wrapped around the neck of the dog to build neck and upper body strength. The same effect may be achieved by attaching a weight to a chain and hanging it from the dog‘s neck.
Bait - Animals are tied up and the dog is trained to attack and kill them.
History of the dogs that have attacked, are vicious or have a mean nature- "The dogs that have attacked people are dogs that use to fight, or have been beaten." - dogs that dont kill the the "bait" and don't do well in training usually are punished by not being fed or being beaten Hopefully after hearing my speech you will have an understanding that Pit Bulls are misunderstood and not just "mean." docile dogs-
After all of that i don't see how they couldn't be mean, they had too be that way to survive. There hasn't been a report of a pit ever attacking someone that has come from a good home and has been treated apropriately. My Pit, Bud is the biggest baby ever.
We've had him since he was a puppy and all he wants too do is play and sleep.
Bud thinks he's the size of a chihuahua and thinks every time we leave to go somewhere he needs to go to. He's the best family dog we've ever had by far. What do you think now?
