By: Katherine Connell, Brianne Rousseau, & Stephanie Tran MOON JELLYFISH These jellyfish will eat plankton, fish eggs, and mollusks. They are carnivores. They will eat as often as possible and have large stomachs. They swallow food whole and it digests in their stomach. Moon Jellyfish need lipids, carbs, and protein. THE FEEDING HABITS!
Moon-jellyfish have been living in our oceans for millions of years.It is unknown where the moon jellyfish originated from. The jellyfish can live up to one year. They have radial symmetry.These animals are common to see and not endangered. Moon Jellyfish History! Moon jellyfish can be found in the Atlantic ocean from the Arctic to the Mexico area. Phylum These creatures are called the Moon Jellyfish because they have a white-ish blue color and are moon shaped. They have four horseshoe shaped gonads, which are sex glands. They have shorter tentacles than many other species of jellyfish.
