for the proposed program.
12 to 6 months:
Marketing materials

Study Abroad Fair and events
Work with Study Abroad: program providers,
host universities, and host
6 to 3 months BEFORE DEPARTURE:

Finalize budget with accepted students.
Visa and immigration.
Pre-departure Orientation's.
Student Conduct/GPA check

3 to 1 month before departure:

Follow-up with Students regarding
mandatory documents.
Emergency Information.
State Department, International Insurance, and submit all itineraries to
Pace Risk Management.
