Most people who are in occupations that are compatible with their values feel successful.
Typically people complain that "something is missing" from their jobs when they are not respecting/considering their values.
Some values will change over time as priorities shift.
Interests are the best predictor of career satisfaction.
What do you naturally want to know more about, or get more involved in?
Imagine what your ideal work day would look like:
Do you want to spend the majority of your time helping people?
Would you rather be interacting with data?
Do you want to physically working with tangible things?
Would you rather creating innovative ideas?
Most people feel fulfilled when they work with people
who share similar interests, and are working toward
a common goal.
Your personality defines your preference for characteristics of a specific work environment.

Don’t underestimate your skills.
Identifying strengths and weaknesses is helpful when choosing a major and a job that lets you shine.
