Ideas Out of the Box
Natural Gas is sacrificed for crude oil production and sent to flare in the absence of gathering systems/ no monetization prior to field gathering arrival.
Wet or dry gas pipeline infrastructure lead time is usually over 1-2 years until wellhead connection.
Federal/State Laws typically limiting flaring to 1 year period from production of crude oil. Penalties/Fines for non-compliance.
OIL and NGL’s/Methane need to flow to enhance revenue for drilling programs.
Production of condensate gas must be accomplished to maintain the leases and held by production for future development. Shut-In Wells = No INCOME.
DIESEL FUEL can cost more vs. LNG/CNG in field.
Situation
AmericaCNG.com, Inc.
Natural Gas Liquids are extracted at wellhead when feasible and transported to market until arrival of pipeline connections.
Field NGL/Methane separation skids are installed at wellhead that are scalable and portable.
Field LNG liquefiers are installed near wellsite. (scalable and portable).
Produced Y-grade NGLs sold on netback pricing and moneys paid to Producer on graduated percentage.
LNG resold to Producer for onsite use and/or transported to pipeline on behalf of Producer.
RIGS/Frac Engines possibly converted to dual fuel. (SEE Market Presentation at the end)

Producer Benefits
ELIMINATE or substantially reduce FLARED GAS!
Value Realization from recovered NGL’s and possibly Natural Gas
Lower Operating costs. Maximize fuel savings of diesel, if applicable.
Little or NO upfront capital costs.
First Steps
Well Location(s) & Gas Analysis
Wellhead Pressure (available inlet pressure to system)
Flow Rate of Gas (mcf/d) to be Processed and from wells yet to be drilled.
Field development schedule for 3 -5 years.
Decline curve of wells and/or field area.
WE will:
Provide initial Capital
Build/Supply Gas and LNG Processing Units
Build Gathering Lines if needed
Supply Compression if needed
Supply Field Tanks
Transport NGL’s to Market
Pay Producer Percentage of NGLs taken to market .
USE methane for micro LNG plant for sale back to Producer, field use or other markets.
Establish mutually agreeable term and volume agreements.
