By Kaitlin Arnold About Food and Natural Resources Animal Services People who work in the Animal Systems pathway work to develop better, more efficient ways of producing and processing meat, poultry, eggs and dairy products. They study genetics, nutrition, reproduction, growth and development of domesticated farm animals. Horse Trainer Agriculture, Food and Natural resources Working in this cluster you need to have a solid block in Math, Science, Communications and technical skills. This diverse career cluster prepares people for planning, implementation, production, management, processing, and/or marketing of agricultural commodities and services, including food, fiber, wood products, natural resources, horticulture, and other plant and animal products. In this career you ave to teach horses leg and hand commands
Get them used to stand still for health checks,farrier work, and saddling/ mounting
Earn 18,000 to 60,000 a year
Work in all kind of weather
psychically demanding
You can be kicked or throw by the horse Horse Husbandry/ Equine Science and Management In this job you will do breeding, selection, care, maintenance, athletic and show horses.
Working at horse farm, the tracks. should know the science principle of the horse. Care and health.
work with issues such as regulations, business management; and logistics.
Schools and programs There are many schools and programs across the country, but i choose between California for my horse husbandry. and science.
