Base Salary:
$150,000 - $200,000
Strong customer focused communication skills and a sales personality, repair or service background could work
Experience selling to the municipal marketplace is a must
Experience selling any mechanically engineered product can work
Experience managing direct reports is a must
Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to work with engineers to solve their problems
Must be a self-starter that can work independently to execute a business plan for results
This is a highly autonomous role in which someone will have the ability to run this territory like it is their own business
The person in this role will have the ability to have a huge to impact on the company
This role is extremely visible and success in the role will lead to accolades from all corners of the organization
There is a tremendous amount of untapped potential in this territory offering a huge upside for growth
