THE INDIAN ROUGE THE LUCKY CHARM GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN MAGNIFIQUE RECEPTION HAPPIER BY THE HOUR The Theme The theme of the cocktail would be beauty and lights
Women would be asked to dress in gowns with French hats (sent with the invites) and men would be dressed in tuxedos – darker colours would be recommended The Cocktail Party The Cocktail Party would be held at L’OH
It can accommodate 80 – 100 people in an informal seating style
This event would start from sundown which would set different looks to the décor and would allow the music to be played for a longer period of time
The venue would be set up with a lot of ostrich feathers, lanterns and lights
There would be lights set up underneath the pool in order to give the pool a colour
There will be only 1 large buffet set up with a combination of both Indian and French food with 3 live counters
There will be 2 bars set up as well as people going around serving drinks
The closest bathroom would also be set up with this theme The Look All the ostrich feathers would be in deep bright colours
Reds, oranges, bright greens and bright pink
They would be used in long vases on tables and in a combination at other intervals
Tables would be glass and chairs would have no cloth The Look There will be trees set up on the inner side of the pool area and in intervals on the open side
These tree will be lite up with colourful lights
The pool will have coloured inner lights and floating lanterns Rose Cocktail Kir French 75 French Sidecar Cocktails French cocktails would be served by servers who would be designated to just serve those drinks all throughout the night (higher chance of people consuming more of French cocktails putting more emphasis on the theme even after the event)

There will be hanging lantern on top and around the buffet

The venue would be set up with a colourful and traditional look
Buffet and bar would be set up in the pre-function area
The closest bathroom would also be set up with this theme The Theme The theme of this function would be fun, food, and dance
People in this function would be wearing chanya cholis, anarkalis, and sarees
The only décor in which we would use the colour of Royal Purple would be the wall lights and flowers. This would give emphasis on the colour without giving the guest an overdose of purple The Look The table centerpieces would be of flower arrangements. They would have lights put inside their base which would be turned upwards creating more emphasis on it’s beauty. There would also be other candles placed around the centerpiece
Glass top tables and chairs will have no cloth
The napkins and drinking glass would be ethnic and would have colour Pre-Function Area There will be 2 large buffet set up with a combination of both Indian and French food and 3 live counters

Set up Entrance The Look There will be a heavy usage of bright ethnic colours like reds, greens, yellows, and pinks
There will be fake trees that would be decorated in coloured lights near the entrance all throughout the lobby or a red carpet look and feel of red rose petals with ethnic lighting on the sides (depending on the clients preference)
There will be a lot of Indian lamps set up throughout the venue with an electronic flame
There will be a stage set up at the end of the hall (towards Salon Louvre) with a tent look to make the performers stand out The Mehndi The Mehndi function would take place in Salon Pompadour
It can accommodate 50 – 55 people (including the pre-function area and balcony)
It would take place from noon
The buffet would be set up in the pre-function area
The closest bathroom would also be set up with this theme The Theme The theme of this function would be Royalty from the olden times
This function is a gathering of all women who are close to the bride as they are suppose to put henna on their hands as a sign of good luck
During this function the bride is pampered and beautified for her wedding
Women at this function generally wear salwars or anarkalis The Balcony The balcony would be set up with the same theme
People while applying the mehndi would be seated here
There will be small trees placed on the corners of the balcony (no lighting)
There will be gaddas set up with red and orange sheets and ethnic pillows
The bride would put mehndi inside Salon Pompadour Salon Pompadour We would use greens, oranges, and yellows in the decor and orange and yellow lights
We would give it an olden royalty look with many gold and silver decorative items
Long and ethnic lanterns would be used
There will be a live singing band set up at a slightly raised stage at the further end of Salon Pompadour Pre-Function Area The pre-function area will be decorated with the same colours as Salon Pompadour with candles and lanterns
We would use crystal beaded decorations which would reflect the light from outside
There will be more use of ethnic flowers

The venue would be set up in an elegant and feminine way

The closest bathroom would also be set up with this theme The Theme The theme for this event would be naughty sophistication
The girls would be asked to wear light pastel colour dresses
During this event the bride is made to play “naughty” games
Games and liquor would be the highlight of this event The Look There will be light purple wall lights set up throughout the venue
There will be a lot of hanging lanterns and white day lanterns
There will be a few trees on the sides to give the room more colour and enhance the light
On the side there will be a peacock arrangement with a lot of sparkles and reflective materials used The Look The alcoholic arrangements would be in shapes of a drink or any design that the client would ask for that would not exceed the Sofitel standards
The predominant flowers used would be iris, white and yellow daisies, white, pink, and orange lilies, white orchids, freesia, calla, and alstroemeria
We would use shaped cookies cupcakes with branded bags, shoes, and other “girlie” items in an arrangement on cocktail tables as decoration
Desserts or wine/ champagne glass arrangements displayed on cocktail tables The Look Decoration will have a mixed incorporation of food, drinks, and flowers to make it fun
The chairs and tables would be covered in a white or light purple cloth which would make the table decorations stand out
Table decoration would depict a mixture of the concepts of a brunch (food, drinks, flowers)
The projector can be used for games Cocktails Drinks that complement the theme’s colour usage would be chosen
The predominant drinks that would be served would be el presidente, mimosa, wine, champagne, margarita, daiquiri
Each drink would be served in their respective glasses (margarita, martini, etc.) The Buffet Look Around the buffet would be many food carvings
The food will be placed on a pink cloth
There will be many pearl necklaces hanging from the food vessels and around the table

On the side of the stage there will be a tree with pink flowers put that would lean towards the stage. This would make the stage area stand out Pre-Function Area There will be 2 bars and 2 large buffet set up with a combination of both Indian and French food with 3 live counters
There will be several white flower arrangements, white candles and white flower petals placed around the buffet

When the flame is switched on the light projects the invitation upwards A tablet with the Bride and Groom’s name and wedding date engraved at the back
A wedding video would be created which would play in one of the applications
There would be another application through which people would coordinate dance practice and be updated with the wedding news L’ladro piece

The girl would wear a French hat that the respective girl would have to wear for the party and the boy wear a bow tie which he would have to wear for the party
The invite would be written on the backside of a series of photo booth pictures take by the bride and groom wearing a French hat and a bow tie
Photo booth pictures would be tied and drop vertically from the wrist of the show piece Invitations (Bachelorette Party) For the bachelorette party there would be a few gifts put into pastel coloured bags
They would be sent with white and purple helium balloons which would be tied to the gifts
These bags would contain items chosen by the bride (jewelry, clothes, drink glasses, cupcakes, flowers, etc.) Packages Bachelor and Bachelorette Package The bride and groom and their parents would get separate rooms in our Magnifique Suites for the day of the functions at preferential rate 20% off on bar
The bride and groom would get a 20% off on the couple’s spa the day of the reception
5 of each of their close friends would get a 20% off on our Spa
There will be a checklist of thing that should not be forgotten placed by the bed when they check in Room Packages
There would get 20% off on laundry and dry cleaning, 5% off on room service and 7% off on any spa treatment Honeymoon Package Our main focus is to promote Sofitel Mumbai BKC so we would create a honeymoon package that would be used first in our hotel and then other Sofitels in France
This package would be a blend of the So Relaxing, So Gourmet and Magnifique Romance package
They would be able to stay at any of our rooms (at different rates) which would be set up in a honeymoon style (red roses, etc)
Our spa package would be included for all of the four days
There would be a complementary champagne bottle for the first night and a wine bottle for the rest of the nights
They would have the options of having all their meals room serviced to them from any of our restaurants
They would be gifted a box of French chocolates upon arrival
They would have the privilege of a late check out of 4:00 pm
